Hey Chaos Crew! Each item at Campfire Chaos is made to order, just for you, no mass production here. We take care in every piece we send out, so we hope you love it as much as we loved creating it.

Here's how we handle refunds and returns:

Bugger! If something's wrong: Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a problem (damage, misprint or anything unexpected). We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Changed your mind? Since every item is made especially for you, we cannot offer returns for change of mind or wrong size ordered. Please double check your order and refer to sizing chart before checking out.

Shipping hiccups: If your parcel goes missing on the way, we'll do our best to track it down, While we can't control the postal system, we’ll back you up if things go wrong!

Print Quality Guarantee. All our prints and embroidery are made to last, but if your design fades, peels, or cracks within 30 days of receiving it, send us photo proof and we’ll ship a free replacement. Chaos should be wild—not your print quality!
